There was plenty of Schoolboy action over the last few days. The Under 14s were particulary busy with two games in the space of three days. After going down to a midweek defeat to Clonmel Town B they needed to bounce back and they did this with a 6-2 win away to Peake Villa B on Friday night. The game was tied 2-2 as we entered the later stage but some acute changes saw Celtic hit 4 late goals to run out convincing winner. Jakub Zadarko and Adam Frejek scored two apiece and there was also goals for Cian Brahimi and Freddie Wall.
Also on Friday night the U16s (pictured) put in an impressive performance in a 2-2 draw away to St Michaels. The boys showed great character to come back twice in this game. There was a great build up to the first goal with Tyler O'Neill getting on the end of a good move to score and Jack Boland scored Celtic's other goal from the spot.
On Saturday morning the U12s showed a good improvement on their first outing but two goals from Noa Duranski wasn't enough as they went down to a 3-2 defeat away to Clerihan.
