Youths survive early scare
Celtic travelled to Cullen on Saturday and although they had the best chances in the first half their finishing was poor and then went in 1-0 at the break after conceding from an error. Celtic kept the pressure up in the scond half and when Jack Lawlor's header hit the bar they must have wondered if it was going to be one of those days. They got their reward on 62 minutes when Julian Kerton (pic/file) finished well from Aaron Costin's cross. Four minutes later Celtic were ahead when a clearance fell to Paddy Ormonde on the edge of the box and slotted home with a great finish. Celtic sealed the tie on the 80th minute after Senan Butler was fouled in the box and Paddy Ormond slotted home the penalty for his 2nd of the game.
