U16s off the mark!
Clonmel Celtic Under 16s picked up their first point of the season when they came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with Clonmel Town last Saturday morning. Both sides were missing key players and things didn't look good for the home side who found themselves 2-0 down after twenty minutes. It looked even worse when Celtic lost their goalkeeper to an injury before the break. But in fairness to them they battled back and a double from Cillan O'Brien earned them a point.
The Under 14s bounced back with a 3-2 win against Bansha Celtic on Saturday afternoon. A brace from Kuba Jaworski (pic/file) and a penalty from Patryk Galka won Celtic three important points that keeps them in contention in the u14 league.
