Blow to promotion hopes
Clonmel Celtic Reserves hopes of promotion took a blow yesterday when they went down 3-0 to in form Mullinahone. Celtic needed to be at their very best in what was always going to be a difficult game but missing a number of players including three who had scored a combined 37 golas between them this season made the task all that harder. Mullinahone were good value for their win and should be crowned Division 3 champions soon. Celtic have one game left, away to Burncourt Celtic but even a win here may not be enough.
