Clonmel Celtic U13 trio of Dominik Mendel, Jack Lawlor and Peter Boland are All Ireland Champions before the season has even started. All three were part of the South Tipperary U13 who went all the way and claimed the U13 SFAI Subway Plate after another penalty shoot out win. They game against Midlands ended 2-2 in Gainstown, Mullingar on Saturday with the Tipp boys winning the shoot out 5-4. It couldn't have been much tighter. A great experience for all three Celtic boys and hopefully they can continue their success as the U13 league kicks off in two weeks. A great achievement by all involved. However in sport you move on and all three now must turn their attention to their club and hopefully the rest of the Celtic U13 squad can look forward to a good season in what will be a very competitive Under 13 League.
