U13s grind out win
They say sometimes you have to win ugly and that was the case yesterday as the Under 13s began their league with a good 2-0 win against last year's U12 champions Peake Villa. The Thurles outfit are a fine skilful side but Celtic seemed to adapt better to the terrible weather conditions and first half strikes from Dominik Mendel and Corey O'Brien earned them an impressive win.
